Of Ngāi Tahu/Ngāti Mamoe descent, Debbie has extensive leadership experience across central and local government. Her diverse skills span strategic stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing; management consulting; risk and reputation management; strategy development and implementation; project and programme management; training; and mediation/facilitation. She also has governance experience on a number of NGO boards and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. Debbie synthesises her broad experience and skills base to provide unique insights and value.
